Archiving Policy

To ensure long-term preservation and permanent accessibility of all published content, our journal follows a structured archiving workflow using Internet Archive, Zenodo, and Crossref DOI services.

1. Archival Repositories

All published articles are archived in:

  • Internet Archive (public, long-term preservation)

  • Zenodo (open-access research repository)

  • Crossref DOI system (persistent identifier ensuring articles remain accessible even if the journal website changes)

2. Archiving Timeline

Our journal follows a two-issue delay policy for archiving.

  • We archive each issue after two newer issues have been published.

  • Example:

    • If Issue 4 is the current issue, then Issue 1 is moved to the archive.

    • When Issue 5 is published, Issue 2 is moved to the archive.

3. Purpose of the Delay Policy

The delayed archiving ensures:

  • Proper editorial verification before permanent preservation

  • Stable versioning for Crossref DOI metadata

  • Smooth indexing and digital library integration

4. DOI Permanence

All articles receive a Crossref DOI, and the DOI remains active permanently. Even if an article page is removed from the journal website, access will continue through:

  • The DOI-linked archive record on Zenodo

  • Additional backup on Internet Archive

5. Accessibility

All archived issues remain openly accessible to readers, researchers, indexing agencies, and preservation services.
